NCKC Membership Form 

    Please fill in the information below.
    When you have completed the form, please email to let us know that you have joined the club. You should get a message to say your form has submitted but if not, please check that you have filled all the booxes on the form. If you don't get a response, please get in touch.

    Information you have filled in will be kept confidential within the NCKC committee and used for running the club and ensuring player safety. Contact details and medical information will be shared with coaches. Please let us know if you have any sensitivities or requirements that you wish communicated to the club, or alternatively, not.

    ​Players under 18 will also be required to fill in an Under Age players form, countersigned by a parent which will be available at training

We currently have 3 teams that compete in the Norfolk Korfball League with matches held on Sundays between 3pm and 9pm at venues in Norwich, mainly UEA Sportspark.

Standard rate of £18 per month for the full 12 months of the year which includes training and match fees.

​We are able to claim gift-aid on £5 of this and ask members to sign the Gift-Aid form. Juniors and unwaged players playing in the league pay a reduced fee of £13 a month.

​Players under 18 also need to fill in an under-age players form, signed by a parent or guardian, available from coaches at training.

You will receive a club shirt and training top as part of your membership.

Please fill in your details on the left so that we can properly register you with the England Korfball Association as well as Norwich City. Fixtures are found at www.norfolkkorfball.co.uk
We also need a passport-sized photograph. A phone photo will be fine. This is to register you so that you can play in the league - see file upload on form.

​Juniors (under 15) who come to sessions but don't play in the league play:
​£8 per month.

Juniors and unwaged seniors who play in the league: £13 per month (to play in the league you will need an Under Age Player form completed and signed by a parent or guardian).

Seniors (over 18) pay £18 a month and we ask them to also fill in a gift aid form as some tax can be reclaimed
